Cash management Software for Hotels and Restaurants
Track your available cash in real time, anticipate slow seasons and plan investments without compromising your liquidity. Agicap brings the cash of all your locations together on a single platform.

What makes hospitality cash management different
The 500 largest U.S. restaurant chains grew their unit count by 1.4% in 2025 even as median sales fell 1.3% after inflation (Technomic, 2026). U.S. hotel sales reached about $3.8 billion in Q2 2026, up 16% year over year (LW Hospitality Advisors, 2026).
Every opening or acquisition adds entities, bank accounts and renovations to a cash position that is already seasonal. Yet POS systems and PMSs track operations, not company-wide cash.
How long does it take your team to consolidate cash across the group?
Manage cash across all your locations with Agicap

Consolidate cash across all your locations in a single view
Balances, receipts and spending are split across every hotel, restaurant and entity in the group. Agicap brings together the accounts of all your entities through direct bank connectivity (SWIFT, Host-to-Host, SFTP). It also pulls the following from your business tools (ERP, CRM) via API or SFTP:
Purchase orders
Vendor and customer invoices
Committed transactions from your other tools
Present a reliable consolidated position to your board or investors, without waiting for each location to send in its numbers.

Manage costs, sales and invoices in one tool
Your margin depends on food costs, labor, energy and rent. Agicap brings invoices, vendor payments and spend tracking together in a single platform so you can:
Capture vendor invoices through automated invoice retrieval
Check every vendor invoice with three-way matching
Secure your payment runs with customizable approval workflows
Categorize spending automatically and track food costs by location.
You know what you are paying, to whom and for which location, before every payment run.

Prepare for the slow season and track your KPIs
Between peak season, slow season and closures, your cash follows the rhythm of your business. Agicap uses your history to anticipate cash shortfalls. Calculate the metrics your lenders and investors look at:
Food and beverage costs as a share of sales
Labor-cost-to-revenue ratio
Upcoming debt payments
Months of cash runway.
Share a customized dashboard, up to date for every meeting with your bank.

Fund openings and renovations without straining company-wide cash
Agicap brings your investments and their funding together in a single cash flow forecast:
Cash disbursement schedule for every opening, renovation or code upgrade (leasehold improvements, construction, kitchen equipment, furniture)
Repayment schedules for your loans, leases and lines of credit, from senior debt to revolving credit facilities, built automatically into your forecasts
Loan draws and grants matched against your capex outflows
Set the timeline for every project by measuring its impact on group liquidity, in peak and slow season alike.
Cash management tailored to every hospitality business

Manage cash for each hotel and across the portfolio
Each hotel collects payments into its own accounts and schedules renovation work for the slow season. Agicap consolidates the cash position of the whole portfolio and builds your renovation schedule into your forecasts.

Frequently asked questions: cash management software for hospitality
Does Agicap replace my PMS or POS system?
No. Agicap connects to your ERP or accounting software to retrieve purchase orders and invoices. It then covers what your PMS or POS does not: your multi-bank, multi-location cash position, forecasting, vendor payments and invoice processing.
How long does it take to onboard an acquired hotel or restaurant?
Direct bank connections and ERP sync are rolled out entity by entity. Milexia, for example (a €200M-revenue group with 19 legal entities across Europe, the UK and Asia), integrates each new acquisition in four to six weeks.
Does Agicap handle multiple currencies?
Yes, with exposure tracking and consolidation in the group currency, which helps hotel groups with properties abroad and tour operators that pay their vendors in foreign currencies.
Agicap prepares international transfers in more than 80 currencies to banks in more than 130 countries.
How does Agicap improve working capital in practice?
In hospitality, working capital is often low or negative because customers pay upfront while vendors are paid on net 30 or net 60 terms. That advantage disappears as soon as business slows, and Agicap helps you anticipate it on three fronts:
vendor payments, scheduled as late as possible without late fees or delivery delays;
deposits and customer invoices from B2B activities (conferences, events, catering), tracked with automated follow-ups;
the slow season, where the impact can be modeled by scenario to adjust how much you draw on your lines of credit or revolving credit facility.
Which banks and ERPs are compatible?
Agicap integrates with your banks, 400+ ERPs and hundreds of other business tools (ERP, accounting software, CRM...).
Does Agicap calculate my food costs?
Agicap is not an inventory management or recipe costing tool. The platform does not track your inventory, recipes or kitchen orders.
However, it categorizes your spending by type and by location from your bank transactions and vendor invoices. You can then track the real weight of food costs in your cash, location by location.
