What are the different actions to maintain optimal safety?
We implement additional measures to ensure that your data is secure. Here are a few examples without this being an exhaustive list: a strict access control policy, the use of the TLS standard to ensure data in transit remains secure and encryption of data via proven algorithms.
Where is your data stored?
Your data is hosted in Belgium on Google Cloud Platform, a global player known for its security and reliability. Google Cloud Platform has numerous security certifications, a list of which is publicly available on their website.
How do we guarantee a high degree of availability?
Your data is replicated to other secure data centers. This means that if there is an incident affecting one of our servers, another server will immediately and automatically replace the first one without this having the slightest impact on our customers' data.
Who are our approved aggregators?
Budget, Insight, Oxlin, Bridge, Salt Edge, Bankin... are the intermediary aggregators between your banking data and Agicap approved by the banking regulator in their country. They guarantee the highest standards of regulatory data security requirements.
What about the security audit?
A security audit is carried out annually on our product by an independent company. It allows to identify potential risks in the company's security system, in order to prevent possible threats and to reinforce its efficiency.
Complete security of your bank data
Your bank data is stored in your various bank accounts. This data will be processed and collected by several aggregators (depending on your bank(s)).
These aggregators (Budget, Insight Bankin...), which have the highest degree of regulatory requirements in terms of security, will translate your anonymised bank data into a uniform language.
Agicap automatically collects this data every 24 hours to ensure reliable and efficient use of the product.
Your banking data is securely hosted on Google Cloud Platform.

Your data is safe with us in the Google Cloud Platform
Your data is always stored with us in an encrypted manner. The storage is done in the Google Cloud Platform on European servers in Belgium, so it is kept in accordance with the GDPR. The data centres comply with industry regulations for security and reliability in accordance with ISO/IEC 27701.
