Solution
At VetPartners, the main challenge Agicap solved was improving visibility for each practice’s cash flow. Since there are more than 35 entities across Spain, each with its own specific needs, the group needed a simple tool to help Burgos monitor multiple cash flows and address any issues proactively.
Before Agicap, Conchi managed cash flow using Excel, a time-consuming process with a high risk of errors.
" By connecting to Agicap, I can immediately see the cash flow of the clinics, what will happen on a weekly basis and if one of them has a cash shortfall, so I can solve the problem in advance. "
One of the Agicap features Conchi uses most often are the dashboard views — both consolidated and individual practice views. In addition to tracking each entity’s cash, she also needs to review cash flow at the group level and ensure there are no issues.
Beyond automatic consolidation, Conchi also makes extensive use of customized dashboards to create reports for stakeholders. This feature allows the Controller to present reports easily and effectively during meetings with the UK.
In addition to Agicap Cash Flow, VetPartners also implemented Agicap Payments, which now enables them to pay vendors with a single click. With this feature, Conchi can schedule all payments quickly and easily and see due dates directly on the treasury dashboard.
Conclusion
Thanks to Agicap, VetPartners now has complete visibility over both individual practice cash flows and the liquidity of the entire group.
With customizable dashboards, the Financial Controller can easily create effective reports for stakeholders.
Centralizing payments to vendors has saved the finance department time and made their work more efficient.
